In this episode, Chana Studley shares her inspiring story of overcoming trauma and chronic pain.
Multiple muggings caused severe injuries and PTSD for Chana, but she discovered healing through a new paradigm in psychology that helped her understand the mind-body connection.
Chana's transformation journey came from understanding the three principles of mind, thought, and consciousness, which enabled her to overcome chronic pain and other physical symptoms.
She emphasizes the power of letting thoughts pass and not getting caught up in prolonged stressful thinking. Chana also discusses the signals our bodies send us and how this awareness can help us handle life situations with grace and dignity.
