In This Episode
In this episode, I am joined by Dr. Gabriella Dennery, a remarkable physician, musician, speaker, ordained minister, and cancer survivor. Dr. Dennery discusses her passion for health and healing through creative expression and her work to improve access to healthcare in under-resourced communities. We also touch on Dr. Dennery's music career, which started when she was just a child.
During the interview, Dr. Dennery and I discuss the concept of being a "multi-hyphenate". Life doesn't always follow our dreams, as she shares the cultural pressure she felt to pursue medicine instead of music. Dr. Dennery goes deep with insights about her life-changing experiences and journey of self-discovery.
