In This Episode
Lindsay Ellis, Living Well By Lindsay, and I went deep, from pain to purpose to periods, we covered it all.
You have to hear how this successful corporate engineer gave up her male dominated career and made a career switch that now focuses on helping women create a clear path to wellness.
Lindsay and I also talked about endocrine disrupters – toxins commonly found in products and foods that could cause cancer in the body – and why you should get rid of them.
This light-hearted, information-packed episode is well worth the listen.
Learn More About Our Guest
It was only four years ago that Lindsay Ellis was working as an environmental engineer and climbing the corporate ladder. She found herself thriving in this demanding field, making money and notoriety in this high intensity, male dominated industry, yet something just wasn’t right. From the outside looking in, she was succeeding but behind closed doors, her energy was low and she was truly exhausted. The approval of others fueled her, and she didn’t really know who she was. The stress, cystic acne, painful periods, brain fog, lethargy and chronic hormone imbalance issues were part of her everyday battle.
Fast forward and her own journey of healing and transformation has led her here, to a place I never imagined living in or loving. Her passion, purpose and true mission is to help women who are looking for vitality, vibrancy, success, flow, and ease to truly transform from the inside out.
